We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that mistakes happen when you can’t try the garments on before buying. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of package delivery for full-priced items only.
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise in original condition within 7 days from receipt and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the customer receiving the order.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Wake Pray Slay hangtags, attached.
- Any products from our ‘SALE' category cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Due to hygiene concerns, the following cannot be returned: swimwear, intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, cosmetic/beauty products.
Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

This policy excludes custom orders. These cannot be returned for change of mind. Please contact us for any problems or faults with custom orders to work out a solution.
